53 mm Heavy-Duty Full-Extension Ball Bearing Slide MS600-HD5301
Available in Non-Locking and LILO Locking Versions
Up to 130 kg (at 450 mm (18″)Dynamic Load Capacity | Extra-Wide Length Range: 250–2000 mm | Reinforced 1.0 mm Bearing Retainers | Detachable Inner Member | Side-Mount Installation | Heavy-Duty Cold-Rolled Steel Construction | Anti-Collision & Noise-Reducing Components
Ideal for heavy-duty pull-out systems in RVs, caravans, trailers, industrial cabinets and large equipment storage applications.
This 53 mm heavy-duty full-extension ball bearing slide is designed for demanding high-load applications and is available in both Standard and Lock-In / Lock-Out (LILO) versions.
Featuring double-row solid steel ball bearings, reinforced 1.0 mm bearing retainers and high-strength cold-rolled steel construction, the slide provides smooth and stable movement under heavy loads. The three-section full-extension design provides excellent access to large drawers, equipment trays and storage compartments.
Available in an exceptionally wide length range from 250 mm to 1700 mm, making it suitable for both compact installations and extra-long heavy-duty pull-out systems.
The optional LILO version locks the slide in both the fully closed and fully extended positions, helping prevent unintended movement during transport or operation.
Suitable for filing cabinets, cupboards, storage lockers, display cabinets, toolboxes, and other high-load-bearing wooden or steel drawers.

This FAQ document is designed to assist engineering procurement, R&D teams, and sales representatives in quickly understanding the product classification, selection criteria, material specifications, and application scenarios for Mineon slide rails.
A: Mineon provides a comprehensive line of slide rails covering low, medium, and heavy loads, as well as specialized environments. Our product portfolio includes five major categories:
- Light-Duty Slides: Such as 35mm profile width series, suitable for lightweight drawers, IT equipment enclosures, and display racks.
- Medium-Duty Slides: Such as 45mm profile width series, supporting full extension, widely used in industrial cabinets, office furniture, and vehicle equipment.
- Heavy-Duty Slides: Such as the MS600-HD series, specifically designed for high load-bearing capacity and shock resistance in industrial machinery, specialty vehicles, and heavy-duty enclosures.
- Stainless Steel Slides: Feature high corrosion resistance, suitable for medical equipment, food processing, and humid or outdoor environments.
•5.Aluminum Slides: Combine lightweight design with corrosion resistance, suited for aerospace, rail transit, or automated machinery with strict weight limits.
A: The load capacity of a slide rail depends on rail thickness, structural design, and installed length. General selection guidelines are as follows:
- Light-Duty: Load capacity approx. 20 kg – 35 kg;
- Medium-Duty: Load capacity approx. 45 kg – 90 kg;
- Heavy-Duty: Load capacity from 100 kg up to 500+ kg (please refer to the specific model datasheet for exact parameters).
Note: Rated load capacities are generally based on static load for a pair (2 pieces) of slides fully extended. For dynamic or shock loading conditions, a safety margin of 20%–30% should be reserved.
A:
- Partial Extension (Two-Fold): The drawer extension distance is approximately 75% of the closed length of the slide.
- Full Extension (Three-Fold): The slide extends completely so that the extension length equals the closed length (100%), allowing full access to the interior contents. Mineon 45mm and heavy-duty series mostly utilize this structure.
••Over Travel: The extension length exceeds the closed length of the slide (e.g., >100%), making it easy to remove or access drawers positioned beneath overhangs or recessed panels.
A: Depending on specific model requirements, Mineon slide rails offer various functional configurations:
- Soft-Close (Damped / Quiet Self-Closing): Such as the MS600-MD4502 soft-close slide, featuring built-in hydraulic dampers to prevent slamming and noise, protecting sensitive equipment.
- Push-to-Open (Handleless Release): Such as the MS600-MD4505 slide, opens automatically with a light touch on the panel, suitable for handleless drawer and enclosure designs.
••Lock-in / Lock-out (Bi-directional Locking): Heavy-duty slides can be configured with locking mechanisms to prevent accidental sliding out or closing during transit or on inclined surfaces (commonly used in specialty vehicles and drawer-style rack units).
A: Mineon ball bearing slides utilize precision steel balls paired with hardened raceways, offering the following benefits:
- High Smoothness: Rolling friction is significantly lower than sliding friction, allowing smooth movement even under heavy loads.
- Lateral Stability: Multi-row ball bearing arrangements withstand significant lateral shear forces.
•3.Long Service Life: High-hardness steel balls combined with wear-resistant grease extend cycle longevity.
A:
- Cold-Rolled Steel (CRS): The most common standard material, treated with Zinc-plating or Electrophoretic Black finish. Cost-effective and suited for general indoor industrial environments.
- Stainless Steel (SUS304 / SUS316): Offers superior rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemical equipment, and marine applications.
••Aluminum Alloy: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, ideal for mobile, aerospace, and high-frequency equipment requiring weight reduction.
A: Stainless Steel Slides are strongly recommended. If budget constraints require cold-rolled steel, ensure the slides have high salt-spray test ratings (zinc plating or protective coatings) and apply anti-rust grease during regular maintenance.
A:
- Parallelism & Side Clearance: Ensure the mounting clearance on both sides matches specifications (medium-duty slides typically require $12.7text{mm} pm 0.2text{mm}$ side space per side). Tight clearance causes binding, while excessive clearance leads to uneven load distribution.
- Vertical Alignment: Ensure mounting screws are installed flush and perpendicular to avoid screw heads catching or scratching the inner ball retainer.
•3.Structural Support: Ensure the mounting surface has sufficient structural rigidity to withstand the cantilever leverage torque when the slide is fully extended under load.
A: Yes. Mineon possesses complete engineering design and manufacturing capabilities:
- Customization Services: Non-standard lengths, custom hole patterns, special extension travels, customized load capacities, and special surface treatments.
